In some cities, city regulations may require riders to verify their age in order to ride.
Upon scanning a scooter or bike, you may get prompted to scan or take a photo of your ID. Please ensure that you are in a well-lit area when scanning your ID. If you are not able to scan your ID, you may get prompted to manually input your information.
To make sure your ID gets accepted:
- Make sure that the document is a Driver’s License
- The DOB (date of birth) on the ID is readable
- The license is not expired
