Once you have located a Lime vehicle, unlock it by scanning the QR code or entering the number plate details. If you encounter any difficulties with scanning the QR code, turn on your torch while scanning.
If the app prompts an error code or ‘Under maintenance’ message, that vehicle is probably in use or our team is on the way to retrieve it. Please try another nearby vehicle.
