To delete your Lime account, go to Settings in the Lime app menu and select Delete your account.
If you don’t see this option, check that you’ve downloaded the latest version of the Lime app (iOS or Android).
You won’t be eligible to delete your account if you have any legal holds on it or have a negative Lime Cash balance. If your last ride was less than 30 days ago, your account will be deleted 30 days from your last ride.
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. If you decide to ride with us again in the future, you’ll need to create a new account.
If you’re having trouble deleting your account, submit a request so our team can assist you. Make sure to include the email address associated with your Lime account.
