To delete your Lime account, go to Settings in the Lime app menu and select Delete your account.
If you don’t see this option, check that you’ve downloaded the latest version of the Lime app (iOS or Android).
Please note that Lime will not take action on data deletion requests in certain limited circumstances (for example when data is retained for compliance with a legal obligation and/or legal claim, collection of unpaid balances, etc). Deletion requests are processed by Lime within 30 days from your most recent ride.
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. If you decide to ride with us again in the future, you’ll need to create a new account.
If you’re having trouble deleting your account, submit a request to verify your identity and start the deletion process. You can also send an email to privacy@li.me if you have any issues accessing the online form.
