When your ride ends, we send a receipt to the email address associated with your Lime account. If you have an email associated with your account and are not receiving receipts, check your spam or junk folders associated with your account email.
Add or update your email
To add or update your email, go to Settings in the Lime app menu.
You can also view your ride history and get a copy of your receipt in the Lime app:
- Tap on the account icon in the upper left corner of the map
- Tap History
- Select the ride you want to see a receipt for
- Tap Detailed receipt
You can either have your receipt re-sent to your email or you can download it as a PDF.
You can also view any other purchases you have made, such as adding Lime Cash to your account or purchasing a Ride Pass.
