To delete your Lime account, navigate to the in-app Settings menu and select the Delete your account option.
Please be aware that deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. If you decide to ride with us again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
To be eligible for account deletion, you must meet the following criteria:
- Your last ride was at least 30 days ago
- You do not have any legal holds on your account
- You do not have a negative Lime Cash balance
If you encounter any difficulties while deleting your account, create a support request within the Lime app or through our contact form here to receive assistance. Be sure to provide the following information to expedite your request:
- The email address associated with your Lime account
- The reason for closing your account
