When a ride ends, a receipt is automatically sent out to the email address provided in your Lime account. If you are not receiving receipts, check your spam or junk folder.
If you do not have an email address on your Lime account or want to update your current email address, simply go to "Settings", then "Email".
Please select "Ride History" from the app menu to review:
- Previous rides.
- Ride routes, start location and final location.
Tap the "Receipt" icon (top right corner) to get a full breakdown of your fare.
