Check the following if you’re having trouble ending your ride or still getting charged after ending your ride.
Verify you ended your ride correctly
Check that you ended your ride correctly. To end a ride, you’ll need to park the vehicle in a designated parking spot based on local parking rules. Once you have ended your ride, you’ll hear a tone and receive confirmation in the Lime app.
It may take a few moments to process your ride. Try closing and restarting the app if it’s taking more than a minute to process.
Make sure you have a good cellular or Wi-Fi connection.

Parking penalties
In some markets, Lime enforces local parking regulations through warnings and/or penalties. Refer to this article if you received a parking penalty and need more information.
Payment pre-authorization charge
You may see a payment pre-authorization charge on your bank statement. We remove this charge immediately after your ride ends, but your bank may take longer to reflect this change. Refer to this article to learn more about pre-authorization holds.
