In select cities, we will be rolling out an exciting new change to our LimePrime program.
In addition to free unlocks and 30 minute extended reservations, LimePrime subscribers will now enjoy unlimited flat rate rides. Each ride will be the same price for up to 20 minutes in duration. Each additional minute over 20 minutes will be charged at a discounted per minute rate. Shorter rides of 5 minutes or less will cost even less.
Current LimePrime subscribers in select cities may see an increase in subscription prices as a result of this change. The updated price applicable to you will be shown in the app before your subscription renews.
Enrolling in the new LimePrime subscription
If you are a current LimePrime or Flat Rate Rides subscriber in these select cities and are excited about enjoying these new changes, no action is required.
Your subscription will automatically renew under the updated terms and at the new subscription price at the start of your next billing cycle.
Cancelling your LimePrime subscription
If you do not wish to continue with LimePrime or Flat Rate Rides, please cancel your subscription. It’s free to cancel and once you cancel, you will be able to enjoy your current subscription benefits until the end of your current month’s billing cycle.
To cancel your subscription, open the Lime app and go to Wallet > LimePrime > Cancel.
