Group Ride Host Agreement

For your additional guest riders to be authorized, you must ensure that each guest rider personally reads and agrees to our User Agreement, and Privacy Notice. 

By tapping “Start group ride,” you certify that you have read and agreed to our User Agreement and attest that:

• All riders in the group ride are at least 18 years old or other legal age of majority for the jurisdiction where the group ride is taking place. 
• You assume full responsibility for any damages and injuries caused by you or any guest rider in your group ride. 
• You are responsible for paying for all of the rides within your group ride using your personal Lime account. 
• You and all guest riders will comply with all applicable rules and regulations, including without limitation: following helmet and traffic laws, limiting to one rider per scooter, being aware of roadway conditions, and riding at your own risk.

Discounts and other promotions may not apply to your Group Ride. If you are a Lime Pass holder, your Lime Pass discounts may not be applicable to your Group Ride.
