You must verify your Lime account using either your mobile number or your email. When you're asked to verify your account, select email or mobile phone.
For email verification, you'll receive an email with a verification link and code. Check your spam folder if you don't see this email in your inbox.
For mobile phone verification, you'll receive a verification code via text message.
If you do not receive a verification message within one minute, you can request the code to be resent.
