If you experience an issue while riding, safely come to a stop, park your vehicle, and end your ride. Use the Lime app to locate a nearby vehicle for the remainder of your ride.
If you’re able to, we appreciate your time and effort in notifying us of damaged vehicles. You can report a damaged vehicle by submitting a support request or in the Lime app.
How to report a damaged vehicle
- Under the app menu, tap Help
- Select Damaged vehicle
- Scan the vehicle's QR code
