In some areas, you may be able to earn free minutes for a future ride by ending your ride at a nearby reward parking spot. If reward parking is available, you may see it in the app near the end of your ride.
How it works
To earn free minutes:
- Ride near the area where you want to end your ride.
- If reward parking is nearby, you may see a prompt to park there.
- Go to the reward parking spot shown in the app.
- Tap End ride at the reward parking spot. If eligible, you’ll earn free minutes for a future ride.
What you’ll see in the app
If reward parking is nearby, the app may show:
- a message that you can earn a reward for parking nearby
- the reward parking spot on the map
- a suggested route to help you get there. Always follow local traffic rules and choose a safe route
Where to find your reward
If you earn a reward, you’ll see it after your ride is completed. Your free minutes are also added to Wallet > Minutes. You can also see them in your minutes history.
Why you may not earn a reward
You may not earn a reward if:
- you didn’t end your ride at the reward parking spot
- you didn’t park compliantly and the ride ended successfully
- your ride was refunded
Is reward parking required?
No. Reward parking is optional. You can still choose to end your ride somewhere else if it’s allowed.
Will I always see reward parking?
No. You’ll only be notified of reward parking if one is available nearby.
What reward do I get?
Eligible rides earn free minutes for a future ride. Rewards are not cash or refund value.
When will I see my reward?
You’ll see it after an eligible ride is completed, and you can also find it in Wallet > Minutes.
Do rewards expire?
Yes. You can check the expiration date in Wallet > Minutes.
