This feature is in beta and may not be available in all markets.
Some vehicles can earn you a reward. Just look for the purple diamond badge in the app. If you choose one of those vehicles and complete an eligible ride, you may earn free minutes for a future ride, which will be added to your wallet.
How it works
To earn free minutes:
- Pick a vehicle with a purple diamond badge
- Complete an eligible ride
- If eligible, you’ll earn free minutes for a future ride
Eligible rides
Your ride must meet all of these requirements:
- Your ride must last at least 4 minutes
- Your ride must end at least 75 m (250 ft) from where it started
- Your ride must end compliantly and be successfully completed
- Your ride must not end at a full parking pin (the gray P icons on the map, see image below)
- Your ride must not be refunded
Are group rides eligible for rewards?
Group rides are eligible for rewards, but only one reward can be earned per group ride.
Where to find your reward
If you earn a reward, you’ll see it after your ride is completed. Your free minutes are also added to Wallet > Minutes and shown as a “ride reward.”
Your wallet will also show when the reward expires.
Why you may not earn a reward
You may not earn a reward if:
- your ride was less than 4 minutes
- your ride ended too close to where it started
- your ride was refunded
- your ride was not successfully completed, including if it was ended early by the system
- your ride ended at a full or crowded parking pin
Do all vehicles earn rewards?
No. Only vehicles marked with a diamond icon are eligible. Additionally, you can only earn one reward per group ride.
What reward do I get?
Eligible rides earn free minutes for a future ride. Rewards are not cash or refund value.
When will I see my reward?
You’ll see it after an eligible ride is completed, and you can also find it in Wallet > Minutes.
Do rewards expire?
Yes. You can check the expiration date in Wallet > Minutes.
