If you’re having trouble adding a promotion code, check that it is valid in your location and has not expired. There may be some other reasons you cannot apply the promotion code, including:
- It may only apply to specific types of vehicles, i.e., e-scooters or e-bikes.
- Some promotion codes have limited quantities and are applied on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- It may only be redeemed one time per person.
- It may only be valid for new customers who have not taken a ride before.
- It cannot be transferred to another person.
Viewing Promo details
You can see the details of your promotions in the Promos section of your app menu. If you're not sure if your promotion applied to your most recent trip, you can view details on your ride receipt:
- Tap History
- Select the ride you want to review
- Select Detailed receipt
You can view promotion information under the Promotions line item on your receipt.
"Trouble applying a Promo to your ride
If you’ve successfully added a promotion code to your account and it’s not applying to your ride, check that it hasn’t expired. Once it has expired, the promotion no longer applies.
