호스트 계약

게스트 라이더를 추가하여 승인을 받으려면, 각 게스트가 반드시 당사의 이용자 계약 및 개인정보보호 고지를 읽고 이에 동의해야 합니다.

“동의합니다”를 클릭함으로써, 귀하는 당사의 이용자 계약을 읽었으며 이에 동의하고, 다음에 대한 귀하의 책임을 인정함을 승인합니다.

• 모든 그룹 라이더는 만 18세 이상이거나 법적 성년이어야 합니다. 
• 귀하 또는 귀하의 그룹이 야기한 손해 및 손상에 대해 전적으로 책임을 집니다. 사용자는 사용자와 사용자 그룹에 의해 발생하는 모든 손상 및 부상에 대한 전적인 책임을 집니다. Lime은 Lime의 고의 또는 과실로 인한 손해를 배상하되, 특별한 사정으로 통상적인 범위를 벗어나는 손해는 Lime의 고의 또는 중대한 과실을 제외하고는 책임지지 않습니다.
• 모든 주행 비용은 귀하의 계정을 사용하여 지불합니다. 
• 헬멧 착용 및 교통 법규 준수, 스쿠터당 라이더 한 명 제한, 도로 상황 인지, 그리고 자체 위험 감수를 조건으로 주행함을 포함하여 이에 국한되지 않는 모든 관련 규칙 및 규정을 준수합니다. 

귀하의 Group Ride에는 할인 및 기타 프로모션이 적용되지 않을 수 있습니다. Ride Pass 소지자인 경우 Group Ride에 Ride Pass 할인이 적용되지 않을 수 있습니다.

For your additional guest riders to be authorized, each must personally read and agree to our User Agreement and Privacy Notice.

By tapping “Agree,” you certify that you have read and agreed to our User Agreement and acknowledge your responsibilities:

• All riders in the group ride must be at least 18 years old or other legal age of majority.
• Assuming full responsibility for any damages and injuries caused by you or your group. Lime is only liable for damages arising from Lime’s intentional wrongdoing or negligence. Lime is not liable for any damages that exceed the ordinary scope due to special circumstances, except where such damages arise due to Lime’s intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence.
• Paying for all of the rides using your account.
• Complying with all applicable rules and regulations, including without limitation: following helmet and traffic laws, limiting to one rider per scooter, being aware of roadway conditions, and riding at your own risk.

Discounts and other promotions may not apply to your Group Ride. If you are a Ride Pass holder, your Ride Pass discounts may not be applicable to your Group Ride.
