Sometimes you will get a 06E error code on the scooter when completing tasks.
To clear the code, you will need a strong magnet that has at least 50 lbs force. You can pick up a magnet at your local warehouse if you don't already own one.
To clear the code:
- Plug in and charge the scooter for at least 45 minutes.
- Rub the CCU (Front green speak box) with a strong magnet for 10-20 seconds until you hear the scooter ring twice. Usually 5 passes of the magnet is enough.
This should clear the code and you can then fully charge the scooter and prepare it for dropoff.
If this does not clear the code, please take the scooter(s) to your local warehouse. Take a picture of you dropping them off at the warehouse and contact customer support so they can take note and ensure there are no payment delays.
