Once you apply to be a Juicer, your information gets reviewed. Make sure to upload all required documents when completing the signup process. Once the application is reviewed, you will get an email with an update on your application status.
If you tried to sign up but received an error message in the app, contact Customer Support here for further help. Make sure to include a screenshot of the error message or code.
If you applied to a fleet or logistics partner, contact their hiring coordinators for any questions about your hiring status.
In some cases, Lime may deactivate your Juicer account. If you get deactivated, you will receive a notification. Refer to that notice for further details.
