How do I complete Retrieval tasks?

You can start juicing with Lime by moving scooters from one location to a designated LimeBase. These scooters will appear as red pins on your Juicer app. This task only requires transportation of these scooters to the nearest LimeBase. You do not need to charge them before deploying them.

Retrieval tasks are available to pick up at all times of the day. When you see them on the map, go after them!

You have until the prescribed time in your app to drop off a retrieval task at a LimeBase.

To complete a Retrieval task:

1. Identify scooters with a Retrieval Task via the Lime App
2. Reserve the scooter you are going to retrieve
3. Navigate to the scooter
4. Scan and Retrieve the scooter
5. Take the scooter to a designated Limebase

If a LImeBase is not appearing on the map, click on the “Refresh” button a few times. You may also want to zoom the area out to make one visible, especially in markets where a LimeBase is not in your vicinity.
