Lime offers a Lime Juicer Pay portal for you to see and manage your earnings.
To sign up:

Refer to the email you receive on your first payment

Click on the link in the email to activate your portal account

Follow instructions to transfer your funds to your bank account
- You will get asked to provide your bank account information. A check from your banking institution will have all the information you need to set up the account.

It’s important to double-check the information you provide. If you enter an incorrect routing or bank account number, your payment will get delayed. The payment gets returned back to the portal and you will have to set up another bank account to transfer the monies to.

After you have transferred your funds, you will get asked to pick a password. It's important to fill in all the information on this screen.
To change your password:
- Log in with your current password

Click on Settings

Click on Password

Input your old password, followed by your new password.

Confirm your new password

Click Update Password.
Troubleshooting sign-up issues:
- Ensure that you’re inputting the exact information from your Juicer profile. The correct information on your Juicer profile is in your Juicer app under Settings.

When entering the phone number into the Pay Portal registration form, exclude the country code.
Troubleshooting payment issues:

Funds may take up to 2-3 business days to get distributed to a bank account. Please contact your assigned customer service number as necessary with any questions.

In some markets, Juicer payouts get made on a weekly basis.
Troubleshooting account access issues:

Forgot your password? Go to the Portal login page and click on Forgot Your Password? Follow the prompts to enter your email address to receive a password reset email. Access the email and click on the link to answer your security questions and set up a new password.

Forgot your security questions? Contact your assigned customer service number for help. As a security measure, they may require a copy of your government ID to verify your account before resetting your password.
