When a ride ends, a receipt gets sent to the email address associated with your Lime account. If you are not receiving receipts, ensure that you have an email on file and check your spam or junk folder.
If you do not have an email address associated with your account or want to update your current email address, go to "Settings" in the Lime app menu.
Additionally, you can view your ride and payment history in the app by:
- Logging in to the Lime app
- Tapping on the person icon in the upper left corner
- Tapping on History.
The History section will show your rides. You can also view any other purchases you have made such as adding Lime Cash to your account or buying a Ride Pass.
Tap on any item to see a summary of the charge. To view a detailed receipt for rides, tap on “Detailed Receipt”.
