Can I reserve a scooter or bike?

You can now reserve a vehicle in all markets. Open the app, tap on a vehicle pin, and tap “Reserve”.

How much does it cost to reserve a scooter or bike?
You can reserve a vehicle for 10 minutes at no additional cost. The reservation expires after 10 minutes. Once you start your ride, you are charged the rate displayed in the app per minute.

When I have an active reservation, can I unlock a vehicle I didn’t reserve?
Yes. You can unlock any available vehicle. Please note that the rate plan for a different vehicle may be different than the one you originally reserved. You will always see the price once you scan a new vehicle.

Can I reserve more than one vehicle at a time, for Group Rides as an example?
At this time we do not offer the ability to reserve multiple vehicles. You can only reserve one vehicle at a time.

Can I reserve a vehicle when I am already on a trip?
At this time we do not offer the ability to reserve a vehicle while already on a trip.
