What are the different parking pins, and what do they mean?

The Lime app has different parking pins to help you distinguish the types of areas in which to park your vehicle when you are ready to end your ride. There are three different types of pins that display on the map to help guide you on where to park to remain compliant and keep your area safe:

• Preferred parking spot
  
  
  
  This is a preferred parking spot within your city. Of all the spots to park, these are the best as they are locally compliant, safe, and keep the streets free of our vehicles.
  
  
• Parking spot
  
  
  
  This is a permitted parking spot within your city. Though it is not preferred, you may park your vehicle here if you are in a hurry as long as you abide by proper city, parking, and safety regulations.
  
  
• Bike rack parking spot
  
  
  
  This is a permitted bike rack parking spot within your city. This is reserved specifically for bikes. Though it is not preferred, you may park your Lime bike to abide by proper city, parking, and safety regulations.
