How do I create an account with Lime?

The fastest way to create a Lime account on the app is by using Apple Sign-In (on iOS) or Google Sign-In (on Android).

Lime also offers the option to sign-up using your phone number, email, or Facebook account.

If you were referred to Lime, you can create your account on the page you land on when you click the referral link. Note that we may not offer all sign-up methods on this referral page.

Apple/Google/Facebook 

To create an account, Lime will request permission to use your name & email. We don’t ask for any other personal information at this time.

Email

To create an account, Lime will send a confirmation email to your email. You’ll either need to click the link or enter the verification code from the email into the app to proceed.

Phone

To create an account, Lime will send a verification code via SMS. You’ll need to enter the confirmation code into the app to proceed.

Note: You must be able to receive text messages on that number. Make sure you don’t have an SMS blocker, and that you are in an area with good reception. If you do not receive the verification code within a minute, you can request the code to be resent.
